Win the Waterpark – Good Morning Texas Contest Rules & Regulations

The “Win the Waterpark Private Park Rental Contest” has the following general rules and regulations in place during its entry running dates of February 24, 2022 – March 4, 2022 (additional rules and regulations for specific contests may apply):

1. Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark reserves the right to adjust any facet of this competition at its sole discretion. All entries become the property of Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark and The City of Grand Prairie.
2. Must be age 21 or over for entry to be considered
3. Epic Waters is not responsible for incomplete or missing entries.
4. Epic Waters may remove a social comment or entry for any reason.
5. Anyone under the age of 18 participating in the contest must have their parents’ permission including their parents’ information included on any entry or submission.
6. Entries for any individual contest must be received by 11:00 a.m. on March 4, 2022.
7. Limit of one entry per person. Duplicate entries will disqualify all entries from contestants. Contestants may participate in each contest during the entire campaign.
8. For each specific contest, participants must follow all rules outlined on the website or social media. Entries that do not conform to these guidelines will not be considered.
9. Questions regarding any specific contest must be submitted in writing and emailed to marketing@epicwatersgp.com
10. All winners will be notified by Facebook or Instagram direct message.
11. No purchase is necessary. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase anyone’s chances of winning.
12. Facebook and Instagram are not affiliated with the Contest in any way and are not responsible for the administration of the Contest or the awarding of the prizes.
13. There is no cash value to any prizes and prizes are non-transferable. Epic Waters is not responsible for lost entries or prizes. Prizes are not valid with other offers or discounts. Some blackout dates for prize redemption may apply
14. The winning submission will be chosen through a Randomizer or live drawing.
15. All award decisions are final. Winners are solely responsible for applicable taxes, fees, or any other expenses associated with acceptance of the prizes.
16. Entries must be sent via a completed form on the Win The Waterpark webpage to be entered into the contest.
17. By participating, each competitor releases Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark and the City of Grand Prairie, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, consultants or contractors from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind as a result of this competition.
