BUILD-YOUR-OWN PASTA BAR: Penne and Spaghetti pastas, with our homemade marinara sauce, meat sauce and alfredo sauce. Toppings include the following: parmesan, mozzarella, grilled chicken, bacon, pepperoni, crushed red pepper, roasted garlic, broccoli, spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms, basil and breadcrumbs.

GRAND PRAIRIE DOGS: A quarter pound all beef hot dog, served with a fresh baked hot dog bun, with mustard, ketchup and relish.

PASTA SALAD: Tri-color rotini pasta in Italian dressing with celery, diced red peppers, and green bell peppers.

BBQ BEANS: Slow cooked beans in a sweet and smoky BBQ sauce.

WAVE BURGER: A third pound charbroiled all beef patty, served on a brioche bun, with American cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, ketchup, mustard and mayo.

CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES: A classic favorite made fresh daily.

BAG OF CHIPS: Your choice of BBQ or Regular Lays.

BUILD-YOUR-OWN TACO BAR: Includes: marinated fajitas (beef and chicken), shredded cheddar and Monterey jack cheeses, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced onions, jalapeños, guacamole and sour cream, accompanied with refried beans, and Spanish rice.

TORTILLAS AND SALSA: Fresh corn and flour tortillas, along with corn tortilla chips, accompanied with our homemade mango salsa.

CHICKEN ENCHILADAS: Our delicious chicken enchiladas, made with all white meat, Monterey jack cheese, pepper jack cheese, and topped sour cream sauce.

HOMEMADE CHURROS: Fresh churros sprinkled with cinnamon and brown sugar.
