Happy Easter!

The Digital Easter Egg Contest conducted on Sunday, April 2nd has the following general rules and regulations (additional rules and regulations for specific contests may apply):

1. Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark reserves the right to adjust any facet of this competition at its sole discretion. All entries become the property of Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark and The City of Grand Prairie.
2. Epic Waters is not responsible for incomplete or missing entries.
3. Epic Waters may remove a social comment or entry for any reason.
4. Anyone under the age of 18 participating in the contest must have their parents’ permission including their parents’ information included on any entry or submission.
5. Entries for any individual contest must be received by 11:59 p.m. on the day the specific contest ends.
6. Limit of one entry per person. Duplicate entries will disqualify all entries from contestant. Contestants may participate in each contest during the entire campaign.
7. For each specific contest, participants must follow all rules outlined on the website or social media. Entries that do not conform to these guidelines will not be considered.
8. Questions regarding any specific contest must be submitted in writing and emailed to marketing@epicwatersgp.com
9. All winners will be notified by email or Facebook messenger
10. No purchase is necessary. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase anyone’s chances of winning.
11. Facebook and Instagram are not affiliated with the Contest in any way and are not responsible for the administration of the Contest or the awarding of the prizes.
12. There is no cash value to any prizes and prizes are non-transferable. Epic Waters is not responsible for lost entries or prizes. Prizes are not valid with other offers or discounts. Some blackout dates for prize redemption may apply.
13. All submissions will be judged internally or chosen through a Randomizer or live drawing.
14. All award decisions are final. Winners are solely responsible for applicable taxes, fees, or any other expenses associated with acceptance of the prizes.
15. By participating, each competitor releases Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark and the City of Grand Prairie, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, consultants or contractors from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind as a result of this competition.
