How do I reserve a birthday party?

How many can attend a birthday party?
Due to current state regulations, we have made temporary changes to our birthday party capacities. Each birthday party package allows for 10 participants and 2 chaperones. You can add up to 4 more guests, and parties are limited to 16 total guests in a room at a time. This amount allows for proper social distancing between tables in the party rooms.

What if I have more than 16 guests?
Any party with more than 16 guests must book an additional room so that social distancing can be maintained. Please contact a birthday reservationist at 972-337-3151 for more information.

Can I bring birthday candles?
Unfortunately, at this time, lit candles cannot be used for birthday cakes. Due to the nature of the act of blowing out candles, possible contamination can occur, therefore we ask that candles not be used.

What should I do with all of our presents?
At this time Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark cannot hold presents for any length of time after the conclusion of the birthday party. It is highly recommended that presents are locked in a locker, be taken back to your car, or be taken down to a table where your party is setting up for the day. Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

What kind of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) should be worn while at Epic Waters?
We require guests to wear a mask or cloth face covering and some form of foot covering while walking throughout the park. Masks are NOT allowed while guests are eating or enjoying any of our water attractions. We advise against this, as masks can be difficult to breathe through when they’re wet.
