A Note To Our Guests About the Coronavirus

 

Dear Epic Guests,

We understand the significance of complete transparency and open communication. We want our Epic Family to know we are taking the growing concerns of the COVID-19 virus very seriously.

It is of utmost importance to us that anyone who walks through our doors feels safe in our waterpark.  Each and every day at the waterpark, we make the health and safety of our guests as well as our team members our top priority.  Our entire team is staying up-to-date with any new developments, and following the direction provided by the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO).

We routinely follow thorough and meticulous safety and sanitation standards, which include the consistent cleaning and disinfecting of all public touch points, including attractions, restrooms, door handles, hand rails, tables, chairs, concession areas, and employee areas.  On top of providing ample anti-bacterial soap in all hand-washing stations, we have incorporated multiple alcohol-based hand sanitizing stations throughout the park.  Our team members are instructed daily on proper hand-washing procedures.  And as always, if any team members are running a fever, they are not to come to work, and encouraged to see their medical provider.
